We did this for FHE last Sunday night before Sam left town. It was one of the best FHE's we've had. My kids sat for a LONG time thinking of all the things that they are thankful for. They ranged from the very thoughtful ( Jesus & scriptures ) to the simple every day things ( friends & things ). Either way, it was a great way to see what things that they find important.
It's now hanging on the back of our garage door and I've noticed that each day it keeps growing! I think this is one of our new family traditions.
