Five!!

Ellie turned FIVE on April 15th!

She was most excited about her much awaited Rapunzel doll. The girl has been a little obsessed. Mainly because she is a PURPLE princess! Hello! If you know Ellie at all you know that she is obsessed with the color purple.
She was just as excited when she opened Grandma and Grandpa's present to find that Rapunzel would have a new friend!! She had also been asking for Ariel non stop.
All her favorite friends together!

By request, Purple Pancakes for breakfast!
This is her Rapunzel dress that she had been begging for. I had to make it though because she heard Aunt Nichole telling me that the one that Ever got for her birthday from the store was cheap and ripped the first time she wore it! This one ripped the first time she wore it too, but it might be because she was running around outside and on her scooter! Oh well. I loved that it was long and of course so did she. It was a bear to make and not exactly perfect, but to her it was great and that is all that mattered.
She wanted a birthday party this year (she has actually never had one with friends :(

Of course it was a Tangled party so as each of the girls got there they got a little wood canvas and paints to paint (like Rapunzel does in the movie)Rylie doing her own paintingThey had to play Ellie's favorite game of pass the present

All the girls got a baggie of flower clips to decorate each others hair like the little girls in the movie did to Rapunzel...I stupidly didn't get a picture of all the girls hair after they were done...they did a good job on each other.

They played pin the frying pan on Flynn Rider

My friend Hilary offered to decorate her cake with my help. It was fun. She did a great job. Neither of us had made anything out of rice crispies and covered it in fondont before and the tower decided to shrink...but it was darling and Ellie was thrilled to say the very least!

This picture explains their relationship so much...

And this explains Ellie's personality so much~

We love this little girl to pieces!

Our lives would be a lot less crazy without her!
