Caught!!

So this was the conversation: M: "I went to Smiths today and got a bunch of case lot stuff!" S: "That's good, we need to get more down in the storage room." M: "I know. I got a case of chili, 40 pounds of flour, a case of ramen noodles, and......" This is where I noticed that his attention had turned to the t.v. and he was completely tuned out to what I was saying. I decided it could be fun to see just how tuned out he really was. This is how the conversation continued.... M: "So while I was at Smiths, there was monkey that rode through the store on a bike wearing a top hat" S: "Uh-huh" **CAUGHT!!!! *** The kids were looking at me like I was a nut case. I just smiled at them and held up my finger letting them know to just wait for it. M: "Then he pulled out a gun and shot up the place" S: "Mmmm-Hmmm...........Wait, what?" I don't know if we have laughed that hard in a long time! We all laughed for ten minutes straight. Love times like these!
