It's Coming!

It's been creeping up and I have been trying to pretend it's not.  I have said it every year and probably will every year, but I can't believe how fast the time has flown by.  My baby is going to be 3!  I can't believe it.  It's just so crazy!  I have been so bad at blogging lately, I just want to jot down a few things to remember!
She's got such a funny personality!  She likes to make you smile and wants to please....but if she gets an idea in her head, Watch Out!  She is as bull headed as an ox.  It takes a lot to change her mind.
She is seriously a total ham.  She likes to do things like this and stand in front of the mirror and talk to herself...I've over heard some pretty funny conversations.
She LOVES to be outdoors and LOVES the water.  If she isn't in her swim suit playing in it, she wants to be watering the flowers or dumping my glass of water back and forth to another.
The girl loves her snacks...especially "chipies".  She could empty an entire can of pringles by herself in no time at all.  I went to switch my laundry and this is how I found her when I came back!
This girl loves her Papa.  If she isn't begging to call him, she's pretending to call and talk to him on a play phone.  I'm glad she has a relationship with her grandparents even though we don't live close.
Tyson is her bestest friend and would love to be with him 24/7.  She talks about him constantly.  They are so cute with each other when they are together.
Just like Ellie, this girl can fall asleep anywhere.  Unlike Ellie, she doesn't like to sleep.  She fights it on  regular basis.  She fights her naps til after 5 when she can't hardley keep her eyes open and I can't hardley stand her!
She wants to be just like her older siblings.  The girls are always dancing or doing some sort of gymnastic trick.  She quietly observes and then surprises us when she busts something like this out
She loves animals so much she could just die.  She reminds me of the little girl on Despicable Me when she yells, "It's just so fluffy" with all her enthusiasm and the way she can barely contain herself.  That is the way she is with all the neighbors animals.  The McKee's new puppy just likes her "Tour" (twirl) dresses.  She wants to hold him and this is usually how they end up.
*She has decided that she hates shorts and MUST wear a "tour" dress EVERY DAY!
Just another day of fighting me and the nap
Loves to go to the school and help me volunteer and see the kids...can't say I love her to go with.  She is more of a disruption and I TRY to find someone for her to play with.
The girl loves to talk.  We went from wondering if something was wrong with her ears because she wouldn't talk to wondering where her off button is.  If she isn't telling or asking us for something, she is on the "phone" talking to someone.  We do have lots of play phones, but for some reason she likes to find strange objects and use them...this is her talking on my deoderant.

She is a very stubborn, strong willed little chicken but is so stinking sweet I could just squeeze her. She is great at entertaining herself and has a huge imagination.  More often than not we find her pretending something is something different.  Lately she likes to play with silverware as people.  We find her sneaking them out of the drawer and then hear her having conversations that go something like this, "Hi fork, I am spoon.  Where is knife?"  It's pretty funny.

She is super excited about her birthday and keeps telling everyone she is having a Minnie party.  I wasn't going to do a party, but Sam and I decided I better do something and call it a party or she is going to be one disappointed little girl.  More on that later.  I'm getting really excited for it....even if it is going to be super low key, I'm just excited for her reaction.
