Well Angel was released from the hospital here yesterday and they took her to SG to be admitted for Physical Therapy. She is doing so well, IT'S AMAZING!! She is getting mobility back little by little...She can now open and close all her fingers and she was able to lift her leg a couple inches yesterday. It's coming slowly but surely. She was in such a good mood yesterday. Her mom said that she only had pain meds once during the night and she hadn't had any all day. That is crazy considering what she had done. One good look the stitches in her head and you have to wonder how in the heck she is functioning.

Grandma Randall has been staying right there at the hospital with her. They are so cute and both have such funny personalities. Sam gets his sense of humor from his mom...these two are constantly laughing.

Sam was entertaining everyone with his stories. He had Angel and his mom laughing pretty hard.

Shayla came up and stayed a couple nights with me so she could go and visit Angel. It was fun to have her here!

The kids had a hard time seeing Angel at first...her stitches on her head were hard to look at. Poor Kam told me she had to go to the bathroom the first day as soon as we got there and when we walked out of her room she burst into big aligator tears. She told me it was too hard to see her like that and she wanted to go home. By the time she was discharged it was easier.

Rylie took right to Grandma Randall even though she hardley gets to see her. Grandma is always so good to take the kids and give them anything they want!!

The kids spent their time this week sitting in the big window in the room telling Grandma all kinds of stories and eating all her snacks and treats!
Angel is now in SG so we won't get to go visit her every day. We're hoping that the Physical Therapy will help her get the use back in her arm and leg as soon as possible and she can move on to the next step in her recovery. Not sure if it will be Chemo or Radation...Not fun.
